10/18/15 - Timothy Leary, the LSD Guru, coined one of the iconic slogans of the Sixties: “Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out”. In a way, I guess we could say that in yoga you “Drop In, Tune In, Turn On.”  From a yoga point of view, tuning in is at the heart of the practice. On our mats and off, we tune in to our bodies, our breath, our hearts, our minds, and our spirit and to the world around us.
